By accessing or using the NeevLearn platform (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including school administrators, teachers, parents, and students.
2. Description of Service
NeevLearn is a cloud-based school management platform that provides tools for attendance tracking, fee management, homework management, exam management, parent communication, AI-powered insights, report card generation, and other educational administration features.
3. User Accounts
- Schools must register through an authorized administrator to access the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
- Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
5. Data Ownership
All data entered by schools (student records, attendance, grades, etc.) remains the property of the respective school. NeevLearn acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership over school data. Schools may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
6. AI-Powered Features
Our platform includes AI-powered features such as automated report card generation, homework recommendations, and performance insights. These features are designed to assist educators and should not be considered a substitute for professional educational judgment. AI-generated content should be reviewed by authorized school staff before distribution.
7. Subscription & Payments
- Access to the Service requires a paid subscription as per the selected plan (Basic, Pro, or Premium).
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Intellectual Property
The NeevLearn platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of NeevLearn. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeevLearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the subscription by providing 30 days' written notice.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
